Who is Sanus Systems?
Sanus Systems, founded in 1987, is part of a privately held company headquartered in Savage, Minnesota. The company is a leader in, and innovator of, high quality AV furniture, mounts and accessories. Sanus recently merged with Chief Manufacturing. What is the Sanus Training Center?
The Sanus Training Center is an advanced online training site to help you effectively learn about and sell Sanus products. The Training Center consists of Knowledge College training courses, Magic.Sanus.com featuring spokesperson Andy "Ace" Jones and the Product Locator.
Why do I need to register for the Training Center?
Registration provides you with a personal login ID and password so that you can access your personal training records. This also allows you to customize your training and keep track of your progress and rewards points.
Do you share my personal information with any third party?

What is Knowledge College?
Sanus Knowledge College is an advanced online training course designed to help you effectively learn about and sell Sanus products.
Where can I access Knowledge College?
You may access Knowledge College online by going to www.training.sanus.com or www.sanus.com and clicking on the Resellers section on the top navigation bar.
How do I register for Knowledge College?
You can register the first time you enter the Sanus Training Center. Click on the Knowledge College section and follow the directions to register as a new user.
How does Knowledge College training work?
You can login any time you choose to review the training courses and learn about Sanus products. When you finish a course, take the quiz. Complete as many courses and quizzes as you like. Once you pass all of the courses you become a Sanus Knowledge College Graduate! (And you get some cool prizes too!)
What are training courses?
Knowledge College is divided into "courses" and "lessons." Courses are the training classes available to you. Within each of the courses are one or more lessons. There will be a quiz after each individual lesson.
How do I navigate through a lesson?
Simply click on each lesson under a course, and then manually click through each page.
What happens when I finish a course?
After you review all the lessons in a course and pass the quizzes, you will earn points towards cool rewards.
What if I don't know an answer to the quiz?
Take your best guess. You will have three chances to choose the correct answer. After you're done with a quiz, you'll have an opportunity to review the correct answers.
What happens when I pass a quiz?
Great job! Go on to the next course until you've completed them all.
What happens if I don't pass a quiz?
You must answer at least 80% of the questions correctly to pass. If you don't pass, you can review the lesson again and retake the quiz. You can retake the quizzes as many times as it takes you to pass.
After I complete a lesson, can I take the quiz at a later time?
Yes. To do so, login to Knowledge College and proceed to the lesson where you left off and take the quiz.
If I stop in the middle of a quiz, can I finish it later?
Yes. Knowledge College will save your progress for you. The next time you login you'll be asked if you want to continue where you left off.
What are Knowledge Points?
Knowledge Points are our little way of saying thanks for learning about Sanus! You earn Knowledge Points by passing the lesson quizzes. Cash in your points for some cool Sanus stuff. The more you learn, the more you'll earn!
How can I redeem my Knowledge Points?
Redeem your points by clicking on the "Rewards" tab in the upper right hand corner of the Knowledge College website. Select the items you'd like to redeem and they'll be shipped to the address you provided at the time of registration.
Are there any more training courses available?
The Sanus Training Center is continuously being updated with the latest training information. Check back often to review the courses you've already passed and for new courses that have been added.

Where can I find a product price list?

How can I find a compatible mount for a specific TV?
Check out MountFinder on the Sanus website. MountFinder allows you to find the mounts that are compatible with virtually any flat-panel TV. Access MountFinder here.
Do Sanus mounts match VESA or Universal mounting standards?
Yes! Sanus mounts are universal by design, meaning the brackets featured on many mounts are easy to install and designed to fit virtually any LCD or plasma TV. Check out MountFinder on www.sanus.com to match a particular TV brand with a Sanus mount.
What is VESA?
VESA stands for the Video Electronics Standards Association, an international non-profit organization that develops interface standards for the Consumer Electronics, Display and PC industries. In the TV mounting world, VESA promotes standards for the hole patterns on the back of TVs so they fit with the hole patterns of TV mounts. For more information on VESA visit www.vesa.org.
What are VESA mounting patterns?
VESA 75 x 75, 100 x 100, 200 x 100, 200 x 200, 400 x 200 etc. are all common TV mounting patterns. The numbers refer to the distance between the mounting holes, measured in mm. For example, in a 75 x 75 mounting pattern the holes are 75 mm apart.
Do Sanus mounts have a safety rating?
Yes! All Sanus mounts have passed rigorous weight capacity and angle hanging testing to receive the nationally recognized safety listing from Underwriters Laboratories.
My customers want to know about Sanus' extended warranty. What should I tell them?
